Interim Project Surveys!
We at M. Hubbard Construction understand the stress and anxiety our clients experience especially during a major remodel or addition to their homes or offices.
That’s why we send our clients an Interim Project Survey. This survey lets us know if our field crews and subcontractors are meeting our clients’ expectations and performing to the M. Hubbard Construction high level of quality standards. This survey is beneficial in that:
· It allows the client to have a confidential voice about any issue they find disturbing without confronting the Project Manager or other members of the construction crews.
· It allows M. Hubbard Construction time to resolve any issue long before project completion to ensure clients are 100% satisfied.
· It serves as a measure of performance and professionalism of all members of the M. Hubbard Construction teams including daily clean up, office staff, suppliers, managers and subcontractors.
· It keeps everyone “on the same page” but more importantly it alleviates the client’s stress!

M. Hubbard Construction, Inc. takes great pride in the fact that we maintain a hands-on approach to keeping our job-sites in pristine condition before, during and after all phases of your remodel or new construction.
From pre-construction to project completion, everyone involved is educated and trained on the clean-up policies of M. Hubbard Construction.
· A pre-construction meeting with the client regarding clean up is an essential part of our customer service!
· Site supervisors are equipped with a daily checklist of clean up requirements!
· Everyone involved plays a part in maintaining job site safety and clean up
